Hit Strawberries

Sure to be a hit Strawberries

Ingredients

  • 20 strawberries
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup confectioners' powdered sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup Praline Pecans (recipe to follow)
Cut a think slice from stem, so berries will stand on end.

Cut berries into 4 - like a cross,
Make sure not cut all the way through.
Set aside.

In a mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy.
I used a hand wipper and it made the mixture soupy.  You would like it to look like a light frosting.
Place mixture into a decorating bag or ziptop bag with small tip cut out.
Squeeze filling into the strawberries and sprinkle with Praline nuts.
Cover and chill until ready to serve.

  1. Um seriously?! These look amazing! And I am counting them as a 'fruit' not a 'dessert' so I won't feel guilty eating a ton of them!
