Praline Pecans

OOPS!  I forgot to add this recipe to

These pecans are so yummy, so double up the recipe.

1/2 cup Pecan Chips
 1/4 Sugar  2 teaspoons Butter

In a heave skillet (we use a cast iron) heat butter, sugar and nuts over medium heat.

Stir constantly until the sugar starts to turn brown.

Turn the heat off and pour onto glass plate to cool.

Tada- you now have Praline Pecans!

Sprinkle over ice cream, cakes,

and POP a few into your mouth for a yummy treat.

Ice-cream is exquisite - what a pity it isn't illegal.
