Bacon Wrapped Green Beans

Everyone has a family favorite recipe!

One of ours is
Bacon Wrapped Green Beans

There are a few wonderful recipes that calls for brown sugar.
Even the Cooking Godess Paula Dean has a recipe for
Both sound so tasty, but our family likes this version.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh green beans
  • 1 bottle of Italian dressing
  • Bacon cut in half

Directions

Rinse green beans and pat dry.  Snip of ends of the green beans if you wish.
Bundle 5-6 green beans and wrap with a strip of bacon.
Cover with foil and marinate for 4 or more hours.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place on pan and bake for 15 minutes, until bacon is cooked.

  4. These look SO GOOD! I usually just sprinkle the bacon bits into my green bean pot, but this is incredible! I would go vegetarian if I didn't love bacon so much. Your newest follower, Andrea @ townandprairie Hope you will stop by!
